Jay A Schwartz was admitted to the Michigan State Bar Association and the U.S. District Court Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, the U.S. Tax Court in 1992, the U.S. 6th Circuit Court of Appeals in 1998, and is a member of the Oakland County Bar Association.
