Mr. Vagt was a director of Rice Energy Inc. (Rice Energy), serving as that board's independent chair, chair of its Health, Safety and Environmental Committee, and a member of the Audit and Nominating and Governance Committees, from January 2014 through November 2017. From January 2014 to July 2018, Mr. Vagt also served on the board of directors of RMP's general partner, serving as board chair from December 2014 through November 2017. Mr. Vagt has served as a director of Kinder Morgan, Inc.
