Since April 2011, Mr. Caruso has served as the Chief Financial Officer of RG Steel, LLC, which filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in May 2012. From March 2005 to March 2011, Mr. Caruso served as a Managing Director of Huron Consulting Group during which time he held interim management positions for numerous companies involved in restructuring as well as financial advisor to numerous other debtors and creditors’ committees. Mr. Caruso currently serves on the board of directors of JW Aluminum Corporation, HCI-HVH, Inc., The Foundation for IUP, Residential Revival Indiana and the Baptist Homes Society. Previously, Mr. Caruso served on the board of directors of Motorcoach Industries, Penn Commonwealth Insurance, Small Tube Products, Ameribank and the National Aviary. Mr. Caruso has extensive experience in executive management, including special situations and restructuring matters.
