Ms. Caldwell has also practiced law with both Bass, Berry & Sims and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher in the areas of securities law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, and corporate law. Ms. Caldwell is a current member of the Tennessee Bar and a former member of the State Bar of California. She received a juris doctor degree from Duke University School of Law and a bachelor of arts degree in economics from Fairfield University.
