Philip S. Welt CPA has been appointed as Executive Vice President, Assistant Secretary of the Company effective 6/1/2020. Mr. Welt joined the Company in 2004 as Vice President – Senior Counsel, served as Senior Vice President with oversight responsibility for certain of the Company’s operating units from April 2011 to June 2016 and as Executive Vice President from June 2016 to December 2018. Prior to joining the Company, he was an assistant general counsel – mergers and acquisitions at a major international insurer and a corporate associate with the New York law offices of Davis Polk & Wardwell.
