Douglas W. Kimmelman serves as Director of USD Partners GP LLC, a General Partner of the Company. Mr. Kimmelman established Energy Capital Partners in April 2005 and serves as its Senior Partner. Mr. Kimmelman currently serves on the boards of Calpine Corporation, US Development Group LLC, USD Partners, LP, Sunnova Energy Corp., and NESCO Holdings LP. Prior to realization, he served on the board of CE2 Carbon Capital, LLC. He is a member of ECP’s Management Committee and Investment Committee.
