While Mr. Fealy was originally nominated to serve as a director of the Company pursuant to the stockholder’s agreement between the Company and Duchossois Industries, Inc., the Company has been and will continue to be well served by Mr. Fealy’s experience as a certified public accountant and senior executive with oversight of a diverse group of companies that had over 5,000 employees worldwide with operations located in over 30 countries as well as proven capabilities in strategic business planning in a variety of industries. Prior to Mr. Fealy’s employment with Duchossois, he was a senior executive at Cummins Inc., serving in various roles including Vice President-Treasurer and Vice President-Global Business Strategy.
