Ms. Blair received her Doctorate of Jurisprudence from University Houston Law Center in 1983 and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Pre-Law, Economics and Sociology from Baylor University in 1980. She is triple board certified by the State Bar of Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Residential Real Estate Law, Commercial Real Estate Law and Farm and Ranch Real Estate Law and is certified as an Advanced Attorney-Mediator.
